Policy Overview

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, who prepare fresh ingredients in advance for each reservation.

3+ days before reservation: Full refund

Cancel at least 3 days before your reservation date and receive a full refund of your $300 deposit.

Less than 3 days before reservation: Deposit forfeited

Cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation date are non-refundable, as ingredients have already been ordered and preparation has begun.

Disputes & Exceptions

If you believe an exception should be made (e.g., medical emergency, severe weather), please contact us at info@bobosfarm.com or call (516) 272-9999. We review each case individually and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
