Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bobo's Farm website and booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & Cancellation
Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is received and verified by our team. Cancellations made 3 or more days before the reservation date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please review our full cancellation policy for details.
Deposits
A deposit of $300 is required to secure your reservation. Deposits must be paid via Zelle within the specified time window (typically 12 hours). If payment is not received within this window, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the date will be released.
Limitation of Liability
Bobo's Farm provides a farm dining experience. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if dietary restrictions were not communicated in advance. Guests participate in outdoor farm activities at their own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the deposit paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulster County, New York.
